We love making a good snow angel as much as the next snow bunny, but when it comes to partying on a cold day, we’d simply rather be indoors and preferably beside a fireplace. So, today’s focus is entirely on our favorite indoor wedding venues across the country that are party perfect year round. Whether it’s cold and rainy, hot and humid, or just not that nice outside, these places offer a welcoming space for your guests to gather. From an urban winery in Brooklyn to a beautiful bell tower in Nashville, there’s a little something for every wedding style so you can celebrate with your friends and family in comfort rather than battling the elements.

Avoid the headache of depending on good weather and opt to host your next big bash at Aria instead. This massive warehouse venue is located in the North Loop and can handle up to 1,100 guests for the party of a lifetime. If you’re planning something even slightly smaller, it’s easy to break up the space in a way that works for your guest count and feels beautiful and intimate while showing off the building’s best qualities.
One of the oldest coastal ranches in California, Spring Ranch is located in beautiful Mendocino where the trees meet the sea. The impeccably restored 1820's year-round barn was transported piece by piece all the way from Canada and today accommodates weddings of up to 200. Inside tip: Have your wedding party and family bunk up in the Grand Victorian House and Carriage Barn, sleeping 19 total, for a wedding weekend for the books.
Set right on the riverfront, the event space inside the historic Bridge Building landmark has floor-to-ceiling windows that look right out to the Nashville skyline. Steel beams and towering ceilings set an industrial tone, while the room feels plush and warm with just the right mix of cushy seating and a dash of formality.
Head on out the green acres along the banks of the Arkansas River to find this sprawling Oklahoma ranch with all the indoor options you could dream of. There’s an indoor ceremony space with French doors that look right out onto the woodsy creek area, a white-walled New England style barn that’s climate controlled and has a wraparound porch that’ll come in handy if the weather is looking good, and a smaller black-walled barn that’s gorgeous for a smaller event or as a spot to mosey to later in the evening.
Just over an hour from San Francisco, Triple S Ranch is an exclusive ranch and resort overlooking Napa and Sonoma, just minutes from Calistoga. This private estate sleeps 51 people and is comprised of a Grand Victorian house, redwood Vintner's Barn, fourteen cabins, swimming pool and infinity hot tub, and more. Stepping onto this 20 acre property, you can feel the authenticity and history of this lovingly restored ranch. Inside tip: Weekday weddings are still available for 2019!
The rolling hills of Dripping Springs set the scene for this fabulous Texas venue. There are plenty of options here for indoor and outdoor events here, and it’d be easy to plan a beautiful, timeless wedding ceremony and reception utilizing only the contemporary indoor spaces.
One of Nashville’s first churches built by freed slaves after the Civil War, this bell tower structure dates back to 1874 and has the antique wood beams, original stonework and salvaged floorboards to prove it. The 140-year-old building is also home to a fully stocked tasting room and a gathering space that feels contemporary yet deeply rooted in history.
If you’re planning a Denver wedding and don’t want to give two thoughts to weather on your wedding day, Skylight has you covered. This bright, modern, easy to use space is fit for a fête of up to 200 guests and boasts concrete floors, white brick walls and some of the best skylights in town.
Anyone with a shared affection for big vintage windows, exposed brick and beautifully rustic floorboards should certainly check out Nashville’s event space, The Quarter. Line the walls with tropical plants and fill the room with casual lounge settings and this spot will feel like you brought an outdoor courtyard right inside in no time at all.

They say everything’s bigger in Texas, and judging by the size of this bright whitewashed barn, we’re buyin’ it. The Nest at Ruth Farms offers an indoor space that really just needs a bit of greenery and a lot of people (up to 300 to be exact) added into it to make for an awesome occasion.
Up at the top of boutique Hotel Ballard sits a rooftop pavilion that overlooks Seattle’s Lake Washington Ship Canal. The pavilion’s big wraparound windows and skylights not only welcome sunshine, but also sweeping views of the city skyline and the Olympic Mountains. Let’s just say this is a great space to host an event if you want your guests to feel immersed in Seattle’s beauty without having to be out in the elements.
It's perfect blend of soft light, historic charm and lofty Parisian style make Tendue one of Portland’s standout event spots. For a small dinner party, come here with a group of about 16. Or, for something like a workshop or cocktail event, you can fit about 35 guests.
Head on out to the Louisiana countryside and you’ll find a beautiful modern barn venue with whitewashed walls, thirty-foot vaulted ceilings and a reclaimed brick fireplace that set the tone for a timeless event with that cozy, southern vibe. The White Magnolia is located in Kentwood and the lush green property has nine guest cottages that sleep up to four guests each.
Host your wedding at this Montana farm and you can sleep up to 36 guests on the property in a combination of cabins, tent cabanas and houses. As for the main event, there’s a big, warm barn with huge windows that look right out to the bucolic scenery.
Rustic and cozy, this sweet country barn has plenty of space for an event of up to 350 guests. If you wanted to host both the ceremony and reception indoors, you could easily create a few different zones inside the spacious barn.
One of Williamsburg’s most popular destinations, Brooklyn Winery offers plenty of event options. You can keep things educational and opt to take your guests on a tour of the winemaking facility, or get a little fancy and make it into an evening of flowing wine and delicious food.

It’s hard to say which of the many indoor spaces at Keeneland will be the right fit for your event, but we can say with confidence that you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. There’s a stone walled barn with lofty ceilings, an historic mansion, a limestone café, multiple clubhouses and more on this sprawling boutique racecourse in the heart of bluegrass country.
If Portland’s weather is misbehaving, you’ll still have plenty to celebrate at this gorgeous gallery-like space with huge windows and lots of modern detailing. Nordia House is the kind of place that’s perfect under any outdoor conditions, a spot where coziness is practically embroidered into the walls.
If ever you’ve wanted to get married in a space that feels like a modern art museum, 21c is your chance. The mod-minimalist hotel is home to six different gallery spaces, each with its own personality and event capability. You’ll also find Metropole here, a fabulous restaurant with a wood-burning hearth and a solid list of carefully crafted cocktails.
Pasadena’s NOOR offers an indoor setting that’s equally as golden for a Great Gatsby themed party as it is for a glamorous Old Hollywood style wedding. Located in the heart of Old Town, you’ll find not one but two glitzy ballrooms each with its very own foyer and atmosphere.
If there’s a theme at this venue, it’s windows. This DC winery wouldn’t want you to forget where you are in all the comfort of being indoors. Maybe that’s because the views of the Anacostia River are pretty epic from here. Expect great wines and a friendly, welcoming experience at this sister spot to Brooklyn Winery.
