The beautiful 1.25 acre property sits between Lumina Station and St. Matthews little historic brick church on Wrightsville Avenue. Being just minutes from the beach, we are conveniently surrounded by wonderful hotels, beach resorts and waterfront dining along the Intracoastal Waterway marinas.

Venue Setting

Wrightsville Manor exudes enchanting old-world charm. The 5,000 square foot historic style exposed brick building has soaring 18 foot ceilings, a huge exposed brick fireplace and exposed brick walls. The 15 foot high conservatory windows have large glass French doors that open up from the main event space to a beautiful outdoor patio veranda. The veranda steps down into an 8,000 square foot garden lawn with a gorgeous old central garden fountain, and a spacious open lawn space - perfect for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hour and lawn games!

Wrightsville Manor maintains a liquor license, therefore all alcoholic beverages must be handled and served exclusively by the Wrightsville Manor bar staff. Bar prices are Per Person and determined by the package chosen and level of service requested by the client.  NC sales tax and 20% service will be added to total bar purchase.

The Scene:
The beautiful 1.25 acre property sits between Lumina Station and St. Matthews little historic brick church on Wrightsville Avenue. Being just minutes from the beach, we are conveniently surrounded by wonderful hotels, beach resorts and waterfront dining along the Intracoastal Waterway marinas. We are also just a short walk to Lumina Station, a high-end outdoor shopping and dining area with fabulous open-air restaurants, stylish boutique clothing stores, high-end furniture stores and a wonderful day spa & hair/make-up salon. There are also several beautiful areas on the property to have a ceremony, such as on the outside Veranda, on the Garden Lawn, the Oak Tree Garden, inside the Main Event Space in front of the large exposed brick fireplace, or in front of one of the 15 foot high windows. After your ceremony guests can enjoy cocktail hour under the stars and then move back inside for dinner and dancing!
 
Bridal Suite
French doors open off the main event space to a private Bridal Suite with its own large bathroom, and French doors that open up to the outside garden lawn. The Bridal Suite is a relaxing haven that the bride, her bridal party and her family are welcome to use for the whole day. This suite can also be transformed into a second event space for your reception, such as a lounge, dessert room or whatever you imagine.
