We’ve taken a tour of the best industrial spaces around the world and we’re bringing you everything from a warehouse built on a farm in West Australia to an industrial loft space fit for a fashion shoot in NYC. This space has us like, “hubba, hubba, Hudson.” Located in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley, this massive warehouse dates back to the 1800s and still has the giant ceilings, doors and windows to prove it. You’re welcome to party with up to a thousand peeps, or keep it intimate with just a handful. Options are endless at Basilica Hudson.
Located just minutes from Downtown Dallas, in the heart of Deep Ellum, Brake and Clutch is a chic warehouse space that dates back to the 1930s. Events at this space include not only the beautifully worn-in interiors but a lovely courtyard area too.
Located just 20 minutes up the road from Downtown ATX, this massive 85-year-old warehouse space sits on the outskirts of historic Georgetown Square. With glass roll-up garage doors and tons of windows, Union on Eighth is a sun-filled venue with gorgeous wood-slatted walls and tons of outdoor space too.
Giant warehouse window walls and tall, industrial ceilings create the setting at Moss in Denver. The venue maxes out at about 250 guests and you can easily move between two spaces to create an event with multiple set-ups.
Chattanooga’s latest warehouse to open is all exposed brick, cedar beams, and bright light. The Turnbull is fit for events of up to 300 guests and it’s a gorgeous space located within what was once Turnbull Ice Cream Cone and Machine Company.
Spaces like Office Party are the reason we got into this venue game. The wide-open warehouse in Highland Park offers a modular setup that makes events easy to customize. The loft space has huge vaulted ceilings, cement floors and a ton of natural light. Plus, it’s run by some of the best event pros in the game at YEAH! Rentals.
Vancouver’s waterfront provides the setting for this stunner of a warehouse space. The Pipe Shop dates back to the 1920s and was originally a pipefitter’s building. Now an event venue with polished concrete flooring, huge vaulted ceilings and walls of warehouse windows, this spot has party written all over it.
Central Florida’s Haus 820 is a fab fête spot if you love whitewashed brick walls, lots of sunshine, high ceilings and polished concrete floors. The capacity at this spot is 500, so it’s kind of like the more, the merrier.
Revelry is exactly what you’ll inspire amongst guests when you invite them to a party at this East Austin spot. Fit for a fête of up to 150 people, the industrial space has a real art gallery feel.

Located in the historic shipping yards of Red Hook, The Liberty Warehouse dates back to the 1850s and has the architectural chops you’d expect given its age. Arched windows and doorways, exposed brickwork and woodbeams, and hardwood floors decorate the interior, while outside you’ll find a deck with epic views of the Statue of Liberty herself.
San Diego’s Vista is home to this very cool craft beer shed where you can host a party for up to 200 guests. Fancied up with wooded wall installations, a patio and a formal bar, The Wood Shed by Booze Brothers is an event space that does industrial in a very modern way.
Paris or Portland? Why choose between the two when you have a space like Tendue that strives to bring Parisian style to the heart of the Pacific Northwest. With a wall of north-facing warehouse windows, flooring that’s hand-painted and good, century-old bones, this venue is trés chic indeed.
Long Island City’s Metropolitan Building dates back to 1909 and was originally built as an electrical parts factory. Fast forward to modern-day and the historic, beautifully aged building offers a venue that’s equally sophisticated and rustic.
When you’re after a warehouse venue in Portland that can introduce your guests to local purveyors while also offering up a good time, Jacobsen Salt Co. is the place to go. The space here is gorgeous, bright and warm, with a vibe that feels really intimate even with 250 party folks inside.
