UNION/PINE is an industrial meets modern venue that has been crafted by industrial designer Patrick Triato and commercial set decorator Summer Killingsworth as a hub to cultivate inspiration, creativity, community, love, and a really good time. Primarily utilized for meetings, photo shoots, weddings, and private gatherings, UNION/PINE intermittently hosts public events with a curated eye.

FULL PRICING OUTLINE: Monday - Thursday: Set up $175/hour (2 hour minimum), event/load out $250/hour Friday // Sunday: Set up $200/hour (2 hour minimum), event/load out $275/hour Saturdays Oct 1 - May 31: Set up $200/hr (2 hour min), event/load out $275/hr (5 hour min) Saturdays Jun 1 - Sept 30/holidays: Full-Day Rental (10 hours) @ $2800. Additional hours $250/hour After hours rates are an additional $100/hour and are based on availability until 2am. Additional required fees: $200 Cleaning Fee $25/hour for Venue Manager OR $50/hour for in-house Wedding Planner. Additional optional fees: $150 parking lot Various modern furnishings available for rent
