Whether you’re looking to convene the board to make some difficult decisions or simply bring your employees together for a conference with altitude, our Meeting Rooms are ideal for every eventuality. Club room 1 and Club room 2, our more intimate business spaces, seat between eight and twelve people, and come equipped with stylish and comfortable furniture, as well as all the state-of-the art presentation and audio-visual equipment you could possibly need to plot your assault on the market. Next door, our 100sq m events room, Adelboden, accommodates up to 70 people seated or 140 wandering around enjoying themselves. Be warned, though, the stunning panoramic views of the Alps at one end of the room may mean the attention of some delegates could wander from those sales-analysis charts.

We have 71 rooms altogether. All of them are en-suite and many of the suites have more than one shower or bathroom. Containing furniture from the likes of B&B Italia, Porada and Knoll International, as well as what was made locally, our bedrooms are the ultimate in comfort and style. All come with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and WiFi. The views from all our rooms are superb, particularly those facing south.

The scene:
If you’ve always dreamt of soaring over the valleys and pastures of the Bernese Oberland, then there’s a Paragliding School in nearby Frutigen. But, for those of you who’d prefer to stay a little closer to ground level, we can organise boat trips on any of the stunning Swiss lakes or even excursions to our nearby towns and cities.

Obviously, skiing and snowboarding are Adelboden’s biggest draws during the winter months, and downhill devotees of all abilities flock here for the world class facilities at Silleren, Adelboden-Lenk, Elsigen-Metsch, Tschentenalp, Engstligenalp and Betelberg. All the local sports stores offer equipment for hire, and guides are available from the Adelboden Snowsport School. But if you do fancy a day or two away from the pistes, the Adelboden-Frutigen region also offers more than 15km of maintained sledging routes – so why not borrow one of The Cambrian’s toboggans and hurtle, Santa Claus-like, through the freshly fallen snow instead?

    The Cambrian restaurant - Our chefs are dedicated to producing what we call “New Alpine” cuisine: a fresh interpretation of mountain classics, making use of the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from within a few miles of Adelboden. Our unpretentious dishes are beautifully presented, and we want you to enjoy the look and aroma of what’s on your plate – whether that’s a hearty, après-ski feast or a light, post-spa salad – as much as you will the taste. Our expert staff are always on hand to make recommendations from our extensive wine list.
    Scott’s Bar, located just off the lobby on the ground floor, shook its first cocktail back in 2007. The 40-seat space is open to residents and non-residents alike and, with its blend of whimsical Alpine décor and the latest light installations, is the ideal spot for après-ski cocktails, pre-dinner aperitifs or maybe even a beer or two while watching major sporting events on its big-screen television. A warm welcome awaits all dogs at Scott’s Bar.

    The Cambrian’s winter garden and sun terrace are the places to go for some quiet reflection. Sink into one of the comfortable lounge chairs and let the awe-inspiring alpine vista produce a zen-like state of mind. Contemplate nature while letting either the open fire of the winter garden or the sun’s powerful rays warm your body and soul.
