The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa and the new Bay Pointe Woods (opening June 2019) are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces.

As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace. Each of our unique venue spaces has been designed to ensure a successful event by enjoying a variety of event styles and effortless entertaining with family and friends.

Inside Scoop

Extend your wedding stay to include a Wednesday night in the summer. We host our Gun Lake Live concert series Wednesdays from Memorial to Labor Day. There's no cover charge, the whole lake comes out to play!

Venue Features

The scene:: Nestled along the shores of historic Gun Lake, the beautifully manicured lawns & gardens create a picturesque backdrop for your one of a kind celebration. Photo ops abound at each of the unique reception spaces; at the BoatHouse Villa, a century-old home with a private lakefront patio and ceremony space, the Lakefront Pavilion, an open-air space right along the shore, and the Bay Pointe Woods, the newest addition to our property.
Standout venue features:: Guest lodging is available at the Inn, BoatHouse and Cottages. Special blocks are set aside for each group to keep your closest friends and family on site.
Extra perks:: All venue rentals include banquet tables (round or long) and white linens, seats for reception and ceremony, 5 cocktail tables with white linens (more for cocktail receptions) napkins, silverware, glassware, set up and tear down crews, staff and bartenders (with hosted bar).

Save now on prime available dates for 2019. We are offering a $1000 reception venue rental discount and completely waiving the ceremony rental fee (ceremony site will still include seating, arbor, unity table, and podium).

Bay Pointe Woods

Towering trees line the drive as you approach the new Bay Pointe Woods, a unique equestrian style venue with modern design features; it is a hidden jewel surrounded by ten stylish cottages, water and fire features, and picturesque gardens. The Woods can be reserved in all seasons for a fresh, vibrant spring wedding, a lavish summer ceremony, a twilight autumn wedding amidst a cascade of color, or a cozy indoor winter wedding with your guests being warmed by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace.
