The staff was friendly, the pool area was nice and it was very clean. The breakfast was great as well!
We booked a lake view room and got a "garden room" which was the parking lot. I asked the front desk if we could switch or cancel. She said I would forfeit the full payment whether I stayed or not. I asked if we could do an upcharge for the right room and She told me it would cost more than the hotel would even charge for the room. Would we stay again? Yes, Absolutely! This is a reasonably priced "Desirination" location. A must visit to experience each lovely season in the area. Our trip was an overnight stay due to an emergency at home requiring us to be away. Our visit was off-season. They were so nice. I got a text saying if we needed anything, let them know. I asked for more shampoo and conditioner, someone was at my door within 5 min.

The location and view was absolutely stunning!
While the fireplace and jacuzzi tub is a great amenity, be aware they are both loud when using jets and you can’t hear the person in the bath with you when they speak. The shower also spills a lot of water when opening/closing.
Beautiful room with balcony and nice view. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet.
Location was fabulous! All amenities were excellent! Size our our king room with jacuzzi and fireplace was better than expected! Awesome layout of the room. View was exceptional!! All around it was a great experience and hope to be back again sometime

Wedding in the literal back yard, so our walk out patio was nothing shy of useless. Unless we wanted to join the party.
Had another amazing time at the Gun Lake Live night! The restaurant is wonderful and the next morning breakfast amazing as well as the staff is always so friendly and helpful!
My friends and I were very disappointed that the hot tub was not operating and did not have a heads up on that prior to us going down to the pool area.
