Friendly staff made it great
Pool was cloudy and looked dirty. Need maintenance. Could not see the bottom grates in the deep end a little off color Not advisable to swim in By contrast the spa was crystal clear Did not use either
The breakfast was ok and pretty standard at most US chain hotels. The location on the lake was beautiful and the restaurant onsite was good.
We could hear the upstairs guest's and our neighbor's every move. I'm not sure what could have been done since it's most likely because there is not enough sound dampening in the walls, ceiling and floors.
The staff was friendly, the pool area was nice and it was very clean. The breakfast was great as well!
We booked a lake view room and got a "garden room" which was the parking lot. I asked the front desk if we could switch or cancel. She said I would forfeit the full payment whether I stayed or not. I asked if we could do an upcharge for the right room and She told me it would cost more than the hotel would even charge for the room. Would we stay again? Yes, Absolutely! This is a reasonably priced "Desirination" location. A must visit to experience each lovely season in the area. Our trip was an overnight stay due to an emergency at home requiring us to be away. Our visit was off-season. Beautiful property. Great staff Spotless
They were so nice. I got a text saying if we needed anything, let them know. I asked for more shampoo and conditioner, someone was at my door within 5 min.
I was all amazing.
The location and view was absolutely stunning!
While the fireplace and jacuzzi tub is a great amenity, be aware they are both loud when using jets and you can’t hear the person in the bath with you when they speak. The shower also spills a lot of water when opening/closing.
Beautiful room with balcony and nice view. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet.
Location was fabulous! All amenities were excellent! Size our our king room with jacuzzi and fireplace was better than expected! Awesome layout of the room. View was exceptional!! All around it was a great experience and hope to be back again sometime
