Things to Know
Guests should plan to fly into Providenciales Airport (the main gateway to Turks and Caicos) before taking a 15 minute car ride to Leeweed Marina. From the marina it’s a 35-minute boat to Parrot Cay. The car-and-boat transfer costs $198 per person (round trip) and can be arranged with COMO prior to arrival.

The new COMO Beach Club
Considered ‘the heart of the resort’ the new COMO Beach Club bar features Caribbean classics during the day (try the crunchy plantain chips with fresh guacamole and tender wagyu beef skewers) as well as drinks dreamt up by COMO’s expert mixologist. Our favorite? The Lava Flow with local bambarra gold rum, fresh banana, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. We also love that there are guilt-free cocktails available, such as the Skinny Ginger Mojito with light rum, mint, lime, ginger syrup, club soda and all natural sweeteners, as well as the Yogi with Tito’s vodka, lime, and angostura bitters (all $22). Have one (or three) before taking a dip in COMO’s infinity pool, which offers exceptional views of the crystal-clear turquoise sea that lines the sandy horizon.

Redesigned Rooms and Suites
To compliment the soothing beach house aesthetic originally created by designer Keith Hobbs (think white washed interiors furnished with soft, white cotton-covered chairs and teak furnishings), the property’s Garden Rooms and Suites (prices start at $800) were recently infused with contemporary touches such as sleek marbled bathrooms with walk-in showers and refreshed wooden flooring, as well as fresh color palettes of calming cream and powder blue.

The Shambhala Retreat at COMO Parrot Cay is more than just a spa: it's a wellness mecca. In keeping with this ethos, COMO recently added a new fitness center, providing the latest Life Fitness equipment, which compliments its existing steam room, sauna, lap pool, and nine Balinese-inspired treatment rooms that face out to the serene North Caicos Channel and surrounding wetlands. Treatments offer a uniquely holistic approach to wellness, from soothing Ayurvedic therapies such as the Abhyanga (a rhythmic oil massage using warm herbal oils) to the 90-minute hot river stone massages for $275.
What’s more, the property also offers daily complimentary yoga classes held in COMO’s dedicated yoga pavilion, as well as a rotating schedule of wellness experts which speak on topics ranging from intuitive healing and psychic guidance to pilates technique.
