Venue Setting

This is a magical property with sprawling ocean and mountain views, a horse ranch, infinity pool and hot tub, lined with vintage trailers and an authentic Southwestern adobe style house. The house is full of authentic equestrian paraphernalia. The property has been in the owners hands for 30 years and is very well taken care of with luscious gardens and plant life. The horse stable is home to 4 dressage horses the owner uses to train children and offers an equine leadership program for mental health.

The Scene:
As you pull up to La Esperanza Ranch you will see the stables to the right of the driveway gates. The long and windy drive up to the main house is drives over a river surrounded by luscious plant life. On the right leading up to the house are a few trailer the owner rents out for short term stays.
Design:
The southwestern adobe style house is packed with authentic equestirain paraphernalia. The floor to cieling windows and doors open up to an unobstructed view of the ocean and mountians. 
Standout Venue Features:
Step outside of the house and further up the driveway to the pool and hotub area where you will be surrounded by nature with a teared wild garden. The property features a stable with 4 dresssage hourses and two arenas for riding.
