Viceroy Riviera Maya is one of the few true beachfront boutique resorts. The resort's layout allow all guests to be able to access the beach area within 5 minutes from their own private villa.
Standout venue features:
Guests are personally welcomed by a butler upon arrival and led through the tropical forest paths to their villa. A special Mayan welcome ritual is offered at check-in so guests can experience the Mayan culture. A cutting of the soap ceremony is also offered at check-in, where the butler cuts handmade Mayan soaps according to the length of stay and celebration.
