- Morada Restaurant has locally sourced California Cuisine. Morada has been featured in Ranch & Coast as "Best of Ranch & Coast". Executive Chef Brian Black's signature dish, Honey-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass, is a favorite among many.
Morada is also known for it's Comfort Classics, a local favorite. These selections include Mary's-Spiced Fried Chicken, Snake River Farms Chipoltle Meatloaf, Spaghetti Bolognese and The Huntsman Kobe Beef Burger. - Bars & Lounges:
- Morada Bar - guests can enjoy live music on the weekends and happy hour Monday - Thursday, 3:00 - 5:30pm.
At The Huntsman, guests can enjoy a fine selection of small batch whiskeys, scotches and bourbons from around the world. The Huntsman is now featuring it's own Woodford Reserve Personal Selection Whiskey.
