Six Senses Laamu is the only resort in the Laamu Atoll, deep in the Indian Ocean, surrounded by a beautiful coral house reef. Most of the villas and facilities are built overwater, however beach villas and on-land dining is an option. All villas offer a sense of privacy and seclusion, with an amazing view to the Ocean and Maldivian nature.

Six Senses Laamu gives the opportunity to guests to both relax and rejuvenate or join daily activities, making the most of the natural beauty of the Maldives. Snorkeling the reef or diving, private picnics on uninhabited islands, water sports or simply lay in the sun outside their villa.
Design:
Six Senses Laamu has 96 beachfront and water villas, carefully designed to complement the outstanding natural beauty of the island. They all offer the ultimate island lifestyle, with one or two bedrooms, private leisure and dining decks, and many well thought out features for guest comfort. True to the Six Senses’ philosophy of being in harmony with the environment, the villas are crafted from local and sustainable materials

Longitude This open air, two-storey overwater dining venue begins each day with a bountiful breakfast. Dinner is an a-la-carte international menu of fresh catch, grilled meats, pastas and Asian flavors. Twice a week, the resort’s chefs create a unique buffet experience for guests, with local and fresh ingredients. Each Tuesday is a seafood buffet and an Asian buffet is featured on Fridays. Zen Twelve guests are invited nightly to the upper deck of the unique overwater area for authentic Japanese cuisine including the finest sushi and sashimi. Deck-a-Dence Six glass-bottom tables are set right above the waves where guests will experience a locally inspired zero-carbon dinner Altitude Wine Cellar Rising 6.4 meters above the Indian Ocean, this one-of-a-kind sunlit, spun glass wine tower holds more than 420 old world and new world vintages. The Deli stocks imported European charcuterie and cheeses as perfect accompaniments. LEAF Perched above the organic garden, talented chefs work with local ingredients sourced from Maldivian fishermen and farmers to create innovative dishes. The restaurant features Vietnamese cuisine for lunch and an ever-changing Mediterranean menu for dinner. Chilli Table Enjoy a five-course chilli-based menu in the heart of the organic garden, surrounded by twelve chilli trees collected from around the world!
Bars & Lounges:
Chill Bar Built over the water and on several levels, Chill Bar presents a resident DJ to set the mood every evening while mixologists prepare cocktails with the freshest ingredients. An internationally inspired light menu is also available throughout the day. Every evening the resident DJ sets the ambient atmosphere by creating musical memories.
