- We are set on Istanbul's glorious seafront with a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. Our famous staircase, ornately decorated rooms with tall ceilings and capturing views, and 95-meter long waterfront provide the perfect setting for photo-ops.

- Still impressive among the best kept of the empire-style mansions, Sait Halim Pasha Mansion stands as a memorial to late Ottoman taste. Fixtures and furnishings are eclectic, a mélange of East and West where Louis XVI meets Egyptian aristocracy in an Ottoman setting.

We are conveniently located on Istanbul’s dazzling waterfront allowing transfer both by land and sea. Our port is suitable for boats and yachts, big and small. At your request, we can arrange a personalized boat cruise on the Bosphorus. For a true Turkish experince you can enjoy the mansion’s historic hammam, restored with its original stained glasses painted with colorful tulip blooms and leaves. You will taste the best of Turkish cuisine, with delicacies prepared by our award-winning in-house chef.

The mansion has been immortalized in several movies, including the 1970 movie You Can’t Win ‘Em All starring Tony Curtis and Charles Bronson.
- Harem Garden Ballroom:
- With panoramic windows on all sides offering a sensational view of the Bosphorus, Harem Garden Ballroom is the ideal venue for all seasons and occasions. The ballroom is the perfect combination of modern and historic, with crystal chandeliers decorating a sateen ceiling supported on a wall of glass windows. The room is ideal for all events from weddings to conferences to festivals. The waterfront and the Harem serve as pre-event reception areas in summer and winter, respectively.

- Clement’s Garden:
- An ideal space for all summer gatherings, Clement’s Garden has a magical view of the Bosphorus and its very own outdoor bar. The lion statues that have become synonymous with the mansion stand at the gates of the Garden which is an inspiring place for summer weddings. With Sunday breakfasts and open-air movie nights, Clement’s Garden is the happening summer place in Istanbul.

- Grand Ballroom:
- The largest room in the mansion, the Grand Ballroom is one of the most glamourous spaces, with a ceiling baroque in style, walls divided into panels framed with gilded stucco reliefs and fresh soft pastel colors. With its private balcony and six grand windows overlooking the Bosphorus the room enjoys an inspiring panoramic view. With an adjacent pre-function foyer, the Grand Ballroom is ideal for all gatherings from weddings to baby showers to conferences.

- Selamlik (Men’s Quarters):
- Selamlik, which carries the characteristics of Egyptian architecture, stands out with French Orientalist artist Felix Auguste Clément’s 4.65 by 7.76 m oil painting entitled “The Hunt Scene” hanging on its wall. The perspective technique mastered by the artist creates the illusion that one of the horses follows the spectators with its eyes as they walk across the room. Today Selamlik is used for dinner parties, special gatherings as well as conferences and meetings.

- Harem (Ladies’ Quarters):
- Formerly reserved for the ladies of the mansion, Harem is the most enchanting room in the building with its glamourous double staircase. It is the largest room on the ground floor and popularly in demand for winter wedding ceremonies. The room is also ideal for welcome cocktails as well as after-hour parties and banquets.

- The Hunting Room:
- The Hunting Room is named after the decorations of game animals adorning its walls, which symbolized Sait Halim Pasha’s great interest in hunting as well as his political power. The room which served as a dining hall at the time now hosts a variety of gatherings. With its rich and authentic wall and ceiling embellishments, a calming view of the mansion’s garden and an adjacent pre-function foyer, the Hunting Room is ideal for board meetings and private meals.

- Reception Room:
- One of Sait Halim Pasha’s three protocol rooms, the Reception Room was where guests were taken for the reception ceremony before they passed to the Study for their meeting with the Pasha. With its very own terrace and the adjacent rooms that can serve as pre-function areas, the Reception Room can host a variety of gatherings from intimate dinners to cocktails to after-hour parties.

- Study:
- One of Sait Halim Pasha’s three protocol rooms, the Study was where the Pasha held meetings with his guests. On 2 August 1914, the German-Ottoman alliance treaty was signed in the Study, leading the Ottoman Empire into World War I as an ally with the Germans. Today the Study hosts intimate groups or serves as a pre-function area for adjacent rooms. With an inspiring view of the Bosphorus this cozy room is ideal for small gatherings.

- Waterfront:
- Unlike most “yalis” built adjacent to the sea, Sait Halim Pasha Mansion was constructed on a marble quay, a novelty of the 19th century architectural style. The quay is more than 100 meters long, with a private port which allows transfer to the mansion from the sea. Set right above the blue waters, with a panoramic view of the Bosphorus, it is a unique spot for wedding ceremonies. It is also a perfect cocktail area for banquets held in the Harem Garden Ballroom and Clement’s Garden.

- Located on the first floor of the mansion, this meeting room enjoys a panoramic view of the Bosphours. Tastefully decorated in gold hues after the original furnishings and ceiling embellishments of pure gold, the Golden Room can be modified to host a variety of setups.
