The Lodge at Ruggs Ranch offers breathtaking views of vast valleys, gentle draws, and Rhea Creek, with the rolling foothills and ascending blue mountains forming an awe-inspiring backdrop. The main lodge boasts a unique rustic elegance that immediately conjures up a feeling of home. Our custom-made furnishings embody the true Western heritage of the area, with Old Hickory furniture and Pendleton Wool bedding that tell the story of the Indians and Pioneers of yesteryear. With six well-appointed and uniquely designed bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms above the Hunter’s Trophy Room, our lodge comfortably accommodates guests with room to spare.

The great room on the main floor offers panoramic views of the upper Rhea Creek bottom, and guests can relax by the fireplace or step outside to enjoy the open fire pit. Our lodge features a split-level design, with a lower gathering area that includes large screen TVs, comfortable seating, and a stone fireplace that provides a cozy ambiance.

Resident Executive Chef Keith Potter works with all groups to tailor a menu to their specific needs and expections. We are able to accomodate all dietary considerations. Meal plans up to 3 full multicourse meals per day are available, along with hors d'oeuvres and late nightsnacks as well.

The downstairs ground level of the lodge features a full self service bar, with wine and beer on tap. The adjacent Trophy rooms also features a full self service bar with beer on tap as well. The trophy room also features billiards, shuffleboard, ample seating and multimedia options for meetings and entertainment.
