The Main Lodge can also be booked for up to 6 additional guests in 3 Queen bedrooms with en suites and the entire property can be booked exclusively, including for weddings. Pets welcome; there's an elaborate dog house and horses can be accommodated. Stay for a night, weekend, or longer - please enquire regarding exclusive or wedding bookings and longer term stays.

The scene:
With the Pacific coast on the doorstep you can stroll along the beach for hours, surfcast, swim in the lagoon, and, when in season, go whitebaiting at the Awatere River mouth, just a short walk away. For surfers, there is a renowned right hand point surf break - you can check the swell from your bedroom. Hector's Dolphins often play at the river mouth, and whales can be seen offshore.
