Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please be informed that children aged below 12 years are not allowed to stay in Imperial Onsen Suite, Grand Imperial Onsen Suite and One-Bedroom Emperor Suite. Please note that renovation and expansion works have resumed as of 8 February 2022. Guests may experience some noise or inconvenience as we finalize the expansion and improvement of our mountain Ryokan. A compulsory charge for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for 2 persons to all rooms and 4 persons for Majestic Family Suite. Additional compulsory charges will be incurred for each extra person, payable directly at the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this charge applies only to guests staying during the dates of 31 December 2024.
