Cons (-) Staff is very polite and helpful, but they have 1 male. He use incorrect word when they respond back to me. Anyways it is not that bad. I just felt like a little bit of my mistakes to ask him to help. P.S. it's not his fault, please don't worry.

Pros (+) It was a lovely beautiful hotel and had a lovely and very comfortable stay at the Onsen at Moncham during our visit to Chiang Mai. It was very spacious rooms and most rooms have a private Onsen in them. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. The staff of the hotel goes beyond service to make the stay comfortable.
