50% of the food and beverage minimum is required to reserve your day and the balance is due the day prior to the event. Rental fees range $1000-$48,000 depending on the property buyout, hours needed, space required and guest count. Other than a buyout, the food and beverage minumums range $500 - $6,000. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
