The Masseria Lama Di Cànnule is tucked away in a sea of olive trees, near the coast of the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful city of Otranto. Driving down a small road between vast olive groves, no buildings in sight, one might believe being lost until the Masseria emerges reassuring and welcoming at the end of a long white driveway.

Our fees are based off weekly rates starting at $6538 a week January - May and Oct - Dec. $8463 June, July and September and going up to 11,260 a week during August. Prices include: VAT, electricity and gas, bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning and linen change.
Not included in the price are costs for heating during the winter months. These are calculated according to consumption.

Venue Features

Design:: Inside the main building everything is light, spacious and contemporary, yet respectful of its context. High vaulted ceilings throughout and generous rooms with large windows overlooking the outside areas all add to the grandness of this property. The furniture has been carefully chosen and modern design is perfectly balanced with local retro pieces. The main building houses the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, lounge and an additional room which can be used as a further bedroom or playroom. On the other side of the exotic courtyard, thriving with local shrub and succulents, lies the outer building with three further double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Next to this, a masterfully restored trullo offers an additional double bedroom with bathroom. On the other side of the courtyard a large terrace is perfectly equipped for outside dining and lounging, offering splendid views over the surrounding countryside. Discovering the garden and the land of the Masseria is a delight. Little courts surrounded by dry stone walls protect fruit orchards and the partly rocky terrain enhances the Southern Mediterranean feel. The pool is sheltered behind the last stone wall and opens up to the vast land in front of it. From here you have undisturbed views over the countryside with thousands of olive trees. Lush green gardens surround the pool and a shaded area with sunbeds is all too inviting for a bit of relaxing time.

It is ideal for families and friends, celebrating special occasions or just holidaying together. From here the beaches, picturesque towns and countryside of the Salento can be discovered with ease.
