Built in the 1800’s by immigrant dairy farmers from Germany, this work of art is living proof that quality stands the test of time. Exposed hand hewn Hemlock beams throughout, this mortise and tenon construction tells the tale of a bygone era of master craftsmanship. True to its original construction, the upper barn was renovated into a 3,000 square foot event center capable of accommodating up to 200 guests. The 2 sets of sliding barn doors brings the outdoors in. With restored flooring and upgraded electrical service, it’s a blank palette waiting to take on whatever character an event requires. The lower barn is a state-of-the-art equine stable.

The full baths include; Carrara marble and granite countertops, multi-person steam showers, a jetted bathtub and an original clawfoot soaking tub. The gourmet double island kitchen is equipped with a professional Viking 4 burner stove & griddle that has 2 ovens. There are 2 Miele dishwashers, a large Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, an under-counter bread warmer, wine cooler and a 2-drawer beverage cooler.
There are two living rooms -1 with a large vaulted ceiling and gas stone fireplace and the other with a wood burning fireplace. Beautiful new and restored hardwood floors are throughout the house.

Outfitted to cater any occasion, the pool has all the tools: featuring a covered outdoor cooking area with a built in DCS Grill with a large Viking wok burner, a Viking oven with a bread warmer and built in under-counter Viking refrigerator.
The pool house offers a full kitchen with ample granite countertop/prep space throughout. It includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and wet bar. The full bath features a subway tiled 4-person steam shower and a multi-person dry sauna.
The wrap-around bar faces a large covered seating area with commercial grade overhead heating that keeps the conversation going during chilly late night partying!
The Land
Over 150 acres of rolling hills and fields ideal for hiking, site seeing, mountain biking, cross country skiing, tobogganing or sledding. There is a 1 ace pond for fishing or ice skating.

I'm so glad we picked the spot we did: the weather was absolutely arctic and the kids could only go outside safely for a few minutes at a time, so we were so happy to have a big beautiful indoor space to spread out in. The children had fun playing hide and seek and dancing in the big living room, or just vegging in their room since there are TVs in each bedroom (such a fun vacation treat for kids). Meanwhile the enormous and stunning eat-in kitchen was the perfect retreat for the grownups! We also felt fortunate to have Villa Roma nearby which provided an indoor pool for the children, as well as bowling, an indoor trampoline and bouncy play space and rock wall. While we were out in the country we had everything we needed nearby to keep every member of our group happy. We definitely hope to return in the future when it's green and beautiful outside!”
