Venue Setting

Located in the heart of Heraklio Town, Legacy Gastro Suites is a 5-star hotel with a design inspired by the urban decor of the 50s. The hotel has an all-day restaurant serving a selection of original Greek recipes based on local ingredients, and offers suites with a balcony overlooking the sea. Drawing inspiration from the artistic heritage of Nikos Kazantzakis, Vincezos Kornaros and Domenikos Theotokopoulos, the suites combine classical decor with modern amenities. Each includes a seating area, a desk and a flat-screen TV. A food station supplied with traditional Greek products and a selection of Greek wine and spirits can be found inside the suites. Guests can start their day with a la carte breakfast served daily in the dining area, while they can also enjoy breakfast in the privacy of their suites at extra charge. Legacy Gastro Suites also offers a bicycle rental service and a business centre. Speaking German, Greek and English at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. Municipal Museum of the Battle of Crete and the National Resistance is a 4-minute walk from the hotel, while Venetian Walls are 400 metres away. The nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, 4 km from the property.
