GORGEOUS KING SUITE WIH BALCONY
Location was fantastic especially in walking distance of the Harbour which we could walk to for taking the ferry. The view was perfect from our bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and very nice. Everything was also super clean. Loved the design of the room.
The shower was very loud and squeaky and caused us a little bit of trouble with the temperature even becoming burning hot. And we unfortunately missed the breakfast twice because it started too late. Would’ve loved for it to start at 7 rather than 7:30 because we had to catch an early ferry one day and early flight the next so we missed out and had to find breakfast somewhere else.
Rooms to crowded, no water in shower, too many switches, to much tech that does not work,
Although we reported the faults, nothing was done. No hot water, electric switches for window not working. Breakfast is a little bizarre, the waiter came and asked us how many breakfasts we gave him a number and didn’t have any choice. They just brought everything! It was all good but we couldn’t possibly have eaten all of it and I doubt anyone good!
The hotel is well located. It was very easy to get there from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

First, I was not happy that your website was compromised and they had all my details of my stay, I had an email from booking.com with an arrival form for the hotel then i was told, if did not pay 7,200 Krona within 24 hours my booking would be cancelled, because they had my card number I had to cancel my credit card. Location was fantastic. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff were lovely; very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and surprisingly “homey” for a hotel room, really loved the vibe!
