A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. From 06 November 2017 to 16 March 2018 hotel facilities such as the restaurant/breakfast, pool and garden will not be available for apartments.
