The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The breakfast room in the rooftop bar area had a wonderful and nice vibe.
Although we had a junior suite the rooms were not spacious. The room was divided into 3 sections. The bedroom itself was very small, the door to the terrace could not be opened properly without hitting the bed. It was also a dark room with insufficient lighting in the other rooms. Roof-top restauarnt and bar with fabulous views!! Great breakfast. Lovely bar area and also a hideaway rooftop seating area for drinks, snacks and chillig out. Well-appointed small, unheated pool and sunning area.,
Location and bedroom are nice
price is terribly expensive for what clients get the breakfast is poor and rooms are confortable but nothing really amazing
Extremely attentive staff. Incredible views from a fabulous location. Although only steps from the activities in Taormina, our terrace was so quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of songbirds and nature. I considered foregoing the rest of my Sicily tour and staying there! However, our suite was not available for me to do that. 🙂

In summary this hotel is not worth the money! We were disappointed with the hotel overall, I wrote to the hotel to notify them we were celebrating our honeymoon however there was no acknowledgement at any point during our 6 night stay.. there were some details that should be covered as basis within a good service, for example replacing the water every day, however we were told we would only get t...Read more

The staff at the hotel was amazing. So helpful. Helped arrange tours etc. the breakfast was delicious. The location is great. The decor very nice and the hotel is spotless. We had a great time.

Great location! Away from the bustling centro, so quiet and peaceful, but easy walk to the action. Staff is excellent; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Luigi is special
