Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Roof is closed from Sun 01 Dec 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If the adult is not their parent, he/she must have written permission from 1 parent, along with a printed copy of the parent's ID card. Please note that guests aged 15 or under cannot access the wellness area and pool.
