Great location. Excellent staff. Breakfast was good but that's the only meal served. They did recommend great restaurants.
Parking as with everywhere else in Italy is a real problem. It's these hidden costs that really annoy travellers.

whole team was super friendly, welcoming and attentive. Deco was unique and relaxing, lobby has a lovely cosy living-room feeling. Tiny room was truly tiny but not compromisig on style nor comfort.

STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL AND CHARMING BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GENEROUS AND FRESH LOCATION TRANQUIL FOR BEING SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN THE CENTRE AND WATERFRONT AS WELL AS PARKING.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, the interior is amazing. It is designed in details to be comfortable and cozy. From the first minutes of stay I had a strong impression that I visited good old friend.

An absolute gem of a hotel, our best in our extended holiday. The staff are phenomenal - genuinely friendly and helpful which I must admit, I found a bit of a rarity in Italy! The location, furnishings, breakfast were all perfect. Yes the rooms are a bit small but that’s expected when travelling in such a location with historic buildings. 10/10
