HNYPT Studio is a six thousand square foot warehouse, built during the roaring twenties, which has been recently restored to its original aesthetic. Renovations to reveal its vaulted ceilings, trusses, brick walls, iron fittings, vintage SQUARE D electric fuse boxes, original ten-foot-tall fire doors, manufactured by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., and more, has made this an enchanted venue. Admired by many in the wedding indus­try, creative designers and photographers alike, for its expansive space, high ceilings, light and dramatic composition. A perfect canvas for a any special occasion, leaving pa­trons with everlasting memories.

A rare, pitched roof building located in Downtown Los Angeles within walking distance to Staple Center, LA Live and The Convention Center. As well as conventiely close to sought-after hotels such as the Figueroa Hotel, ACE Hotel and Millennium Biltmore Hotel.

The scene:
Guests immediatley enter and say "wow" for its dramatic ceiling heights (+30'), exposed trusses and unobstruicted open floor space making it extremely easy for customization. A unique prewar warehouse offering a sense of yester-year - still has it's original electric boxes, fire-door barn door, and metal fittings. It's been considered a secret gem in downtown.
Design:
Our 6,000 sqft usable space has been recently restored to it natural asthetics, with modern upgrades with minimalistic design in mind from edgy black painted fascade, nautical light fixtures, modern signage to wood and metal furniture pieces.

This Disco Jungle Cocktail Party Was Held in a Downtown Warehouse!
The Venue Report team was recently invited to follow the call of the disco ball by the team at Be Inspired PR. Ummmm, who would pass up on that kind of invitation?! Take us to our happy place please. In addition to the promise of disco tunes, delicious food and jungle vibes, we were extra excited to attend this annual #TasselsandTastemakers event because it was being held at one of our fave Los Angeles venues, HNYPT.   We walked into the stunning and dramatic blank warehouse that is HNYPT ready to rev up our boozing engines. We were promptly greeted with glittery crafted cocktails, suspended palm fronds, neon lava lamps slowly dancing to the music, sparkling fringe hanging from the rafters and tunes blasting from every corner of the sprawling space. This crew of creatives crafted a jaw-dropper one part "Saturday Night Fever" stayin alive and one part bohemian jungle feels.
