franny's is a seasonal Italian restaurant that has been awarded much praise in the culinary world since it's opening in 2004, from Newsweek's Top 100 Restaurants in the World to receiving 2 Stars from the New York Times. franny's serves seasonally inspired Italian food including our famous pizza, and is a beloved Brooklyn institution.

franny's has a huge and long-standing commitment to contributing to a sustainable environment. Our vegetables, fruits, eggs, dairy and fish are sourced from local and/or organic producers; all the meats at franny's are from sustainable sources, containing no hormones or antibiotics.

The private room at franny’s is the perfect location for your casual reception, business dinner, or personal celebration. We are four stops from Union Square, NYC on the Q train, and just six blocks from the Barclays Center.

The ‘Wine Cellar’ at franny’s is located on the lower level of the restaurant, and can accommodate up to 32 guests for dining and 45 for a standing reception. franny's is currently open for lunch and dinner seven nights a week.

If your party is larger than our cellar can accommodate, we offer a full-scale buyout of the restaurant. We can seat 70 guests comfortably for dinner or have a standing reception for up to 100 people. Please inquire within.
