Fawakay Villas is a rustic chic boutique hotel, painstakingly created in over three-and-a-half acres of Moroccan countryside by Francis and Dawn Boys-Stones.
Each of the three well-appointed villas are equipped with everything you need for a perfect unwind from the hectic mayhem that is Marrakech. With a 15m pool and a separate 5m children’s pool set around the shaded bar area, one need never leave!
Wallow in your own private plunge pool, collapse on one of your private terraces or enjoy a snooze in the privacy of a traditional Berber tent at the end of your private garden.The numerous animals including peacocks and our little donkey, roaming the gardens lend an air of relaxed serenity to our little oasis.
Our venue is a true oasis in a desert! Set in 1.5h of lush olives and rose gardens with specatacular views of the Atlas Mountains, yet outside the gates is traditional Moroccan countryside which offers some amazing and scenic photo opportunities. The vibe is definitely chilled out and relaxing!- Design:
- We have a huge bar area covered in flowering vines constructed of pise (dried mud) lit with traditional candles and Moroccan lanterns. Throughout the grounds are quirky metal artworks created by the owner as well as traditional chill-out tents, lanterns and hammocks
- Standout Venue Features:
- We offer moroccan cookery classes for adults and children alike, an on site traditional hammam and beauty treatment room, daily cocktails and we squeeze our own fresh juices every day. Homemade bread is produced by the kitchens on a daily basis, and our own henna lady is readily available to produce amazing Moroccan designs on your hands and feet at any time.
Fire dancers, jugglers, belly dancers, Gnaoua musicians are all available too. - Extra Perks:
- All lanterns, candles, fire-bowls and an abundance of roses are all providided free of charge for parties and weddings. A civil celebrant to conduct the ceremony is also free of charge. 15 circular tables, all necessary serving staff and standard folding chairs are free.

- Taid tent:
- traditional Moroccan Caid tent, fully lined, with electricity and huge Moroccan lanterns hanging from the 'ceiling'. Adorned with moroccan rugs and greenery at the centre. 2 large fireballs grace the entrance and the pathway to the tent is lit by hanging traditional candle lanterns.

- Food, Restaurants, Cafes:
- We offer the best of traditional Moroccan cooking as well as some European food, all freshly prepared by our kitchens. All villas have their own private dining room, multiple terraces and patios where any meals can be taken. There is a tented pise hall with open fires for cooler months. We offer cookery classes on site.
- Bars & Lounges:
- Daily cocktails are mixed at the poolside bar, as well as fresh organic juices and smoothies on demand.
