Not only is it a fabulous destination hotel but they also have a three AA Rosette restaurant, 3200 bottles in their cellar and 530 references on their wine list. Ellenborough Park’s Chef David Kelman actually recently appeared on Great British Menu, which is the UK’s version of Top Chef, competing for Wales, where he grew up, and where he leads the Olympic Culinary Team. Chef Kelman has also won numerous awards, and creates seasonal menus with the freshest farm-to-table ingredients at both of Ellenborough Park’s restaurants (in addition to some times cooking for the queen herself!).
