The villa offers a fairly open living plan featuring a beautiful entrance with lounge and fireplace, 2 grand living rooms, a dining room, a TV lounge, and the 2 kitchens on the main floor.

There are numerous outdoor dining and lounge areas for relaxation and entertainment including balconies off of several of the bedrooms and beside the pool.

In addition, there is a fantastic courtyard at the entrance of the property that is a lovely area for dining or for a cocktail party with a number of dining tables set out beside the fountain and in the shade.

The Chateau also has a heated infinity pool, pétanque court, home cinema, billiards table, small gym, elevator, and helicopter landing. In addition, the property offers 2 state of the art kitchens including a large industrial kitchen designed by a Michelin star chef.
