This majestic Norman castle is set on a hill overlooking the Volturno River and the town of Limatola, 1 km away. It offers a refined restaurant, and elegant rooms with air conditioning and antique furniture. Rooms at Castello di Limatola are named after aristocratic families. Each has an LCD TV and fully equipped private bathroom. Some rooms feature a balcony and frescoed ceilings. Traditional cuisine from Campania is served at the La Scuderia restaurant, set in the castle's converted stables. A classic Italian breakfast is available here each morning, with croissants, cakes and cappuccino coffee. Limatola Castle is 14 km from the Caserta Nord exit of the A1 motorway. Naples' Capodichino Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
