Possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Amazing historic castle that has been restored lovingly, with style and class.
There is nothing wrong with the location but it is really a destination hotel. We detoured just to go to it.

Staff barely spoke any English, which made communication frustrating, especially when trying to get directions or help. The internet didn’t work at all during my stay. The room was noisy—you could hear everything from the neighbors. While the bathroom was spacious, the shower was absurdly small, making it almost unusable. The location and hotel offer a truly premium experience, and the warmth and friendliness of the staff make it feel wonderfully family-friendly. We stayed with our 2-year-old and felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

Wifi was not working, but sure it is just temporary. Breakfast was magnificent! I am highly recommend this castle!!!

Historic setting
Staff were unfriendly. Breakfast seemed like an unwanted chore for the staff. Some basic training in guest services may be helpful
