Located just north of Trancas, nearby El Pescador Beach, this exquisite villa includes 3 opulent acres of private beach access, alluring panoramic views, 2 exclusive and modern master suites, and a total of 4 beautiful bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. (4 king rooms and 1 room with a queen and 2 twin bunks). 4 bedrooms + office + movie theater + billiard room. Private beach. Extremely private and double gated for security. 3 minute drive to Trancas market.

The spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms feature premium fixtures, a chic jetted bathtub and modern shower. 2 additional guest bedrooms include king beds and 1 bedroom is ideal for children, housing a queen bed and custom 2 twin bunk beds, state of the art game room, complete with an ocean view pool table and a movie theater.
