Located just north of Trancas, nearby El Pescador Beach, this exquisite villa includes 3 opulent acres of private beach access, alluring panoramic views, 2 exclusive and modern master suites, and a total of 4 beautiful bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. (4 king rooms and 1 room with a queen and 2 twin bunks). 4 bedrooms + office + movie theater + billiard room. Private beach. Extremely private and double gated for security. 3 minute drive to Trancas market.

The second floor occupies Twin Master suites, each fully equipped with a spacious king size bed, fireplace, flat screen TV and contemporary glass wall leading out to a spectacular ocean view balcony. and state of the art game room, complete with an ocean view pool table. The spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms feature premium fixtures, a chic jetted bathtub and modern shower. 2 additional guest bedrooms include king beds and 1 bedroom is ideal for children, housing a queen bed and custom 2 twin bunk beds, state of the art game room, complete with an ocean view pool table and a movie theater.

As dusk approaches, experience romantic evening ambiance with patios illuminated by soft landscape lighting as well as 22 alluring lanterns scattered throughout the rooftop patio and pool area below, giving way to a warm ambient glow at sunset. Enjoy hundreds of stars in the clear night sky while Alfresco dining on the outdoor teak table that accommodates a party of 10.

In addition, you can enjoy a state of the art barbeque, pizza oven, and a rooftop terrace with 2 crackling fireplaces as you get cozy on the balcony day beds.
