This brand new barn venue has a balance of rustic-charm-meets-modern-elegance topped with sparkling chandeliers that would make the Queen of England want to host a Royal Texan Tea.

This venue just opened its barn doors in 2014 and is ideally located just South of downtown Austin, Texas in Sunset Valley. The completely restored historic barn has been a landmark in the Austin area since it was built in the 1940's. The homestead is now living a new life full of events, weddings, galas, social events, dinner parties, corporate functions and more.

Design:: The unbelievable 38 foot wooden gambrel roof ceilings, adorned with six stunning crystal chandeliers, create a spectacular setting. White draping adds a touch of softness to the barn. Natural elements of rich barn wood and white limestone combine to provide a rustic, yet chic, opulence. The Brodie Homestead‘s size and casual beauty are breathtaking. The stunning approximately 6,000 square foot barn has been expertly designed to accommodate events of varied sizes. The Brodie Homestead is large enough to hold a grand gala or reception, but can also be broken up into smaller areas with gorgeous white draping, making it perfect for an intimate celebration or multi-use event. The barn’s immense indoor space allows the Brodie Homestead to serve as an all-weather, all-season venue.
Standout venue features:: Our clients have the ability to bring in the vendors of his/her choice, with very few limitations. We allow outside catering and bar services, and allow our clients to bring in their own alcohol to be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Our space comes equipped with private lofts for the bride and groom.
Extra perks:: Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, as well as the set up and break down of these items, is included in each rental. Six large crystal chandeliers are permanent fixtures in our space, along with up lighting.
