The Scene:: The home is set on a private lot of 5500 m2 with various flat grassy areas and room to park up to 4 cars comfortably. The villa offers a fairly open living plan set on two floors featuring a spacious entrance hall, a living room, dining room, and a modern Provençal style kitchen. In addition to the living areas, there is a bedroom on the ground floor and the 3 remaining bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor.
Design:: The interior spaces are spacious and well appointed. The living and kitchen areas opening onto the gardens and terrace beside the pool area and the outdoor dining area is shaded and makes for a wonderful area for al-fresco dining.
Standout Venue Features:: The terraces and gardens can be lit up at night (and the pool is equipped with a child-safety alarm).
