Part winery, part taproom, Cooper’s Hall balances the good things about boisterous eating, drinking and marry-making. Cobblestone patios wind through expansive vineyard grounds at Gorge Crest Vineyards in Underwood, Washington, with sweeping views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood.
