The fun has arrived! In true Palm Springs style, ARRIVE is part sunny desert oasis, part pool party heaven, part mid-century lover’s dream, and all tastemaker gold. This 32-room boutique hotel has all the desert charm you’d expect to find in the Uptown Design District, plus a restaurant that stands well on its own.
From the wallpapered and brightly lit rooms to the textable concierge, everything about Arrive is stylish and forward thinking. With poolside cabanas, event spaces, late night firepits, bocce courts, ping-pong tables, bikes for rent, and a cute little ice cream shoppe, there’s plenty to keep your days full whether you stay on the grounds of the hotel or head out to the style-savvy shops nearby. This spot is pure perfection for group trips, bachelore(ette) bashes and gatherings. Here to chat all things Arrive, the gals from Layered Vintage give us the full scoop and fill us in on exactly what to do and what to order at the bar. Cheers to you, ladies!

Tell us how this shoot came about and how you became involved.
FARRA: We're avid ACE stayers and have been wanting to check out Arrive for awhile. Any excuse to peruse the vintage shops and style in the signature mid cent desert!
What was the inspiration behind it?
FARRA: Collaborating with photos + florals + styling and translating ARRIVE's brand into some great social promotion.
We love Arrive's mid century meets desert style - what was your favorite part of the location?
FARRA: Checking in at the bar and glass of bubbles upon arrival. The pool, as it should be in any desert oasis, was well laid out and perfect for reading in the am or partying at night in the private cabanas or relaxing at the firepit. Everything is super central, yet spread out enough for privacy.
Those dishes looked delicious - can you tell us what they were (and if you tried them/had a favorite)?
ARIELLE: Everything at Reservoir was so fresh and unique. The tacos were a huge hit and I especially loved the chicken pastor (spicy pineapple soy reduction, thai guacamole, and rocket arugula). If you’re a fan of ramen, definitely order this…or two! The cocktails are on another level and I immediately fell for the Smoke & Berries AKA mezcal, lime, and raspberries. Count me in.
Any fun stories or moments that stand out from your visit?
JILL: Discovering that they had the cutest curated shop turned ice cream parlor adjacent to the hotel! Everything was neon pink, picturesque and to top it all off -- delish ice cream with FREE toppings (pun intended).
What insider tips would you give others looking to visit Arrive?
FARRA: Take advantage of their texting concierge service! It makes your stay so pleasant.
ARIELLE: Definitely rent a bike to cruise around the neighborhood! They're so easy to access and (bonus) they're super cute too.
