Balinese Cuisine
Wapa di Ume has two restaurants on site. Mr. Wayan celebrates Balinese cuisine which is rich in spices, fresh vegetables, meat and fish. With meals that are traditionally prepared as offerings for the Gods, Mr. Wayan will place you in the pulse of Balinese food. Their second restaurant, Wapa’s Restaurant, is a fusion of East meets West. This fusion restaurant gazes over an infinity pool with views of the rain forest.
