A Glamping Getaway And Celestial Dinner Party Under The Stars

It’s not every day you will come across a bash celebrating the great stars above! Leave it up to the Wedding Artist Collective to host such a beautiful retreat with amazing creatives under the umbrella of such a celebratory celestial theme. Of course, the flawless execution by some of the best vendors in New York, doesn't hurt either.

Arranged and planned by Loli Events, this overnight trip to Cedar Lakes Estate was a celestial fete of astrological proportion. The lucky guest list, made up of wedding industry folks from the NYC area, enjoyed an evening dinner on the farm followed by a little dance party and some tarot card readings.

Cedar Lakes Estate was the ideal celestial spot to host this evening under the stars. A sprawling property in the Hudson River Valley, this adorable guest resort is as quaint as it is modern, with details anyone in the design industry can appreciate.

The lucky guests got to have an overnight summer camp vibe experience. The only difference? The cabins are decorated like a luxury boutique hotel! The interiors are filled with mid-century modern touches, white washed wood walls and special details. The combination of these chic cabins with the lake, woodland surroundings, canoes, activities, barn venue, and 7 other event spaces make Cedar Lakes Estate a very special and unique spot.

Cedar Lakes Estate is a haven for those seeking a return to pristine simplicity. It is a 500-acre estate, just 70 miles from New York City. Rolling hills, red-water lakes, sloping lawns, and cedar wood forests –all welcome signs that you have arrived. The raw beauty of your surroundings will be matched only by the rustic elegance of their accommodations and event venues.  Cedar Lakes Estate can be described as a romantic getaway, a culinary oasis and an adventure destination, all rolled into one.  It also happens to be one of the prettiest location to tie the knot.

After checking into their modern-day cabins and opening their welcome gifts from Vessel Brooklyn, guests enjoyed the pool, lake and a canoe full of iced-down rose... Yes please!!

Guests were also able to enjoy a little mountain-top yoga followed by some pool-side rays. This venue has everything!

Later, everyone dressed in their best interpretation of "celestial cocktail" attire and had libations and delicious bites on the dock. The warm sun, slowly set onto the sparkling lake.

Embracing the locale and the early summer season, Loli Events figured it was only appropriate to be inspired by the romance of the moon and stars. A celestial fete if you will.

Dinner under the stars was in the middle of the property's working farm. Rye Workshop adorned the extra long table with heaps of black taper candles, deep-hued blooms and twinkling cafe lights. Every last morsel of the family-style meal was heavenly.

To finish off the evening, guests went to the pavilion to enjoy homemade s'mores, night caps and of course a tarot card reading. There may or may not have been a spontaneous dance party.

All guests were sent off with cute lunch boxes for the road.

Check out all of the amazing vendors that contributed to these magical & incredibly fun two days....
