Located 10 miles from Central London'and 6 miles from Twickenham stadium, Warren House boasts a range of amenities and services available for guests. During the warmer months, garden games including croquet are provided in the idyllic grounds. Each stylish, individually decorated room is elegantly furnished and has a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a Bose CD music system. There are several private rooms that guests may dine in. The cuisine features local and organic produce, some taken from the orchards and meadows in the grounds. Warren House Hotel: Our 1865 Historic Victorian hotel is set within five acres of peaceful landscaped gardens. It consists of 52 unique bedrooms, each with its own character and historical personality, 9 meeting and event spaces and one restaurant & bar. We’re located right by Richmond park. Warren House sits in a peaceful and secluded area of the exclusive Coombe Estate in Surrey, between the historic town of Kingston upon Thames and the commercial districts of south-west London. We are 2.7 miles from Wimbledon and 3.7 miles from Twickenham Stadium, 2.6 miles from Hampton Court Palace and 3.6 miles away from Kew Gardens.

At Warren House, we aim to exceed the conference and hospitality industry’s standards for comfort, cleanliness and guest experience across all of our 48 bedrooms. Divided into three categories to suit a wide array of budgets, requirements and preferences, our bedrooms incorporate both modern amenities and traditional designs, with the objective of providing a comfortable stay and a peaceful night’s sleep.

With their original decorative features and authentic period fireplaces, our spacious Feature Rooms hark back to days of Victorian elegance, still retaining their prestige and elegance which were traditionally reserved for the owners and their guests. Today, our Feature Rooms include double beds as standard, and some have roll top baths. Please inquire prior to your stay to guarantee the room’s availability.
