However, the home is centrally located with world-class golf courses like TPC Sawgrass, relaxing spas, and plenty of dining and shopping options all in the surrounding area. The historic city of St. Augustine is just a 15-minute drive, while Jacksonville is only 30-60 minutes away depending on your destination.

The scene:: Located off the scenic A1A, our home sits on the picturesque Ponte Vedra Beach with several patio areas, a private hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, and even surfboards & boogie boards provided for your enjoyment. The beach itself is relatively quiet, with public access a mile away. However, the home is centrally located with world-class golf courses like TPC Sawgrass, relaxing spas, and plenty of dining and shopping options all in the surrounding area. The historic city of St. Augustine is just a 15-minute drive, while Jacksonville is only 30-60 minutes away depending on your destination.

★ TPC Sawgrass (24-minute drive) - One of the world’s most famous golf courses, it is where Tiger Woods’ “Better than Most” putt was heard ‘round the world in 2001. The PLAYERS Championship also takes place here in March.

★ Guana Preserve (11-minute drive) - Over 9 miles of nature trails in an unspoiled natural setting.

★ St Augustine (15-minute drive) - This historic city lays claim to being the “oldest city in the U.S.” and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture and beautiful beaches.

★ Ponte Vedra Concert Hall (20-minute drive) – Catch an array of events from seeing celebrated artists perform from around the world to film series

★ Jacksonville (30 to 60-minute drive) – Depending on your destination, Jacksonville is a 30 to 60-minute drive from the home (with the airport being closer to 60 minutes). There is plenty to do and see in the city, including catching a Jacksonville Jaguars game.
Design:: This beautifully designed modern home opens right up to the beach and has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 state-of-the-art workstations, a chef’s kitchen with all of the appliances you need, a private hot tub, an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, and several patio areas. Our WiFi is super fast (+300mbps) so it is perfect for remote workers and digital nomads!

-Bedrooms-
The property has 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, all with ocean views. There are two king beds and two queens, all with premium Eight Sleep Pod Pro mattresses. If you don’t have them in your bedroom, you’ll want them after your stay here and get the best night’s sleep with their cooling technology! We also use extremely soft Nollapelli sheets in all of our bedding.

There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.

-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, spice rack, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and a dishwasher. The dining table sits up to 8.

-Workstations-
The property has super-fast WiFi (typically 300+ Mbps) and three amazing state-of-the-art workstations. Each is complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone, and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work outdoors with oceanview!

-Living Space-
The living area has a huge couch that could fit 8-10, Sonos speakers, and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies.

-Outdoors-
The outdoor area has a personal boardwalk to the beach, a private hot tub, a fire pit, and several seating areas. There is also a grill for barbecuing. We also have 3 surfboards and 3 boogie boards on the premises for enjoyment.

-Bathrooms-
The home has three full bathrooms and one-half bath. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer in the primary bedroom – your hair will never look better!

Cap's On the Water:
Cap’s will delight you with modern coastal cuisine, pairing fresh local seafood with traditional Southern and Mediterranean flavors. You can choose to dine on the scenic dock, the covered pavilion, in the indoor dining room, at the traditional Tiki bar, or at the Sunset Oyster Bar. Come here at sunset for some nice views on the wooden outdoor deck.

The Reef:
The Reef is an oceanfront vista that's been around since 1989, making it a popular local dining spot. The menu is comprised primarily of seafood balanced with meat, pasta, and creative specials—always fresh and sourced locally when possible.

Aunt Kate’s:
Aunt Kate’s is situated in a grove of live oaks on the bank of the Tolomoto River where you have the option of dining on the patio decks or inside in the main dining room or the Victory bar. The menu features steamed oysters, shrimp, fresh salad, warm soups, steak, and blackened chicken, among other dishes. The restaurant also has a private space for up to 120 people for birthday parties, gatherings, and group events.

The Ice Plant:
Has Outstanding food and drinks, along with a unique atmosphere. They offer a free distillery tour.

The Tini Martini Bar:
Enjoy a selection of martinis as you relax al fresco overlooking Matanzas Bay or join guests inside in the cozy bar. Vintage wines by the glass and several fine single malt Scotch choices. Beer aficionados enjoy distinctive brews to choose from.
