The Scene:
With close access to plenty of activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing at Bandon Dunes, and more - Port Orford really is the best-kept secret of the West. Some highlights:

★ Port Orford Heads State Park (2-minute drive) - Located on a scenic bluff above the city, the park has three main walking trails and panoramic views of the area’s incredible sea stacks. 

★ Agate Beach (5-minute drive) - Named for its abundance of iron oxide-colored agate rock stones found along the beach, Agate Beach offers stores and casual dining along the Oregon Coast Highway. Fishing, clamming, and surfing are popular activities. 

★ Secret Beach (1-hour drive) - A beach that is, quite literally, a secret (mostly). Tucked away in a secluded spot near Brookings, Oregon, it is accessible via a short hike down from Highway 101 and is very quiet. Make a pit stop at the Crazy Norwegian on the drive there or back for delicious fish ‘n chips and pie (we recommend the lemon creme and coconut creme). 

★ Bandon Dunes Golf Resort (40-minute drive) - This is one of the best golf resorts in the country. There are 6 distinct golf courses and 10 miles of duneland trails right on the resort property.
Design:
This is a uniquely designed, open-concept home with two king bedrooms - each with an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has a dedicated workstation that looks out onto the ocean with a sit-to-stand desk, 38” monitor, and Herman Miller chair (the WiFi is generally +300 Mbps). With smart automation technology, total home control is at your fingertips from unlocking the door to turning on the lights. There are also smart TVs, a projector, a hot tub, Peloton, and a treadmill. 


-Bedrooms-
The property has 2 king bedrooms on opposite sides of the home with smart TVs. All mattresses use the latest in sleep technology with extremely soft bedding sets so you can get a better night’s sleep than you do at home. The bedrooms are designed to be open concept, so although they have walls that offer privacy – they do not actually have doors that close. 

-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker, cooking basics (oil, spice rack), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and a dishwasher. The dining table can fit up to 4. 

-Workstations-
The home has super-fast WiFi (300+ Mbps)  and two amazing state-of-the-art workstations with the most amazing views you’ll have see, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone, and ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron chair. 

-Fitness Center-
The gym has a Peloton and treadmill for use, and a hot tub outdoors. The area is also known for its great hiking trails and beaches. 
           
-Living Space-
The living room has Sonos speakers and a projector screen so you can stream your favorite shows or movies while simultaneously taking in ocean views. 

-Bathrooms-
There are two en-suite, full bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own!

This modern French-inspired seafood restaurant also features ocean views and a patio. Call in advance for updated hours and to reserve a table

The Crazy Norwegian’s Fish and Chips:
The locals' go-to place for fish and chips, seafood sandwiches, and clam chowder. Pro tip: get the lemon creme pie and coconut cream pie for dessert when available.

Golden Harvest Herban Farm:
Golden Harvest offers a quaint and rustic spot for healthy food options—ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Leashed dogs are allowed on the picnic grove.

Arcade Tavern:
This bar is best known for its fun-filled culture and local craft beer. The spot has an old-fashioned feel with a pool table, darts, jukebox, and sports games on big TVs. 

Alloro Wine Bar & Restaurant:
Here's something for wine lovers: Alloro Wine Bar & Restaurant is considered one of the top wine bars in Oregon. With wine imports from Italy and France as well as some locally sourced brands, visitors have a wide selection to choose from

Barnacle Bistro:
Barnacle Bistro is a local and regional favorite serving comfort and coastal food. Chef Evan Boley has curated a dining experience that emphasizes quality and prides itself on utilizing fresh produce from local farmers, ranchers, fishermen, bakers, and brewers.
