Venue Features

The scene:: This home is in a safe, up-and-coming new development with a fully fenced-in backyard. It is a mere 10 minutes away from the main attraction: Joshua Tree National Park. If you haven’t been, you’ll definitely want to visit there. But, there is so much else to do as well!

★ Stargazing - There are few places on earth that compare. With meteor showers often streaking the skies, you might be lucky to catch one of three highly anticipated meteor showers when you visit: Quadrantids (January), Perseids (July/August), or Geminids (December). We can also arrange for a local stargazing expert to do a guided tour from the backyard of the home for a fee.

★ At-Home Sip n’ Paint - We partner with a wonderful local artist, Alex Maceda, who can come by the home and do a meditative painting and poetry class while you sip local wines or kombucha. Let us know if you’re interested – it’s a guest favorite!

★ Pioneertown (11-minute drive) - A family favorite, this “Old West” town appears to have 1880s-style stables, saloons, and jails on the outside, but inside houses ice cream parlors, bowling alleys, and restaurants.

★ Noah Purifoy Outdoor Museum (24-minute drive)- A unique outdoor museum filled with modern art constructed from various materials that are open to the public and free of charge.
Design:: The home is located on a desert hilltop with breathtaking views. You don't even have to leave to see the iconic Joshua trees – they’re right in the backyard! Joshua Tree National Park is also just a ten-minute drive away. Enjoy a bright, open living space with a beautiful interior design, comfortable beds outfitted with the softest sheets, and an exhaustive list of amenities from a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom to a Nespresso coffee maker (plenty of pods included).

-Bedrooms-
The property has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is one king bed and two queens, all outfitted with extremely soft Nollapelli sheets. The two queens open up directly to the pool area. There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.

-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, spice rack, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and a dishwasher.

-Workstations-
The property has super-fast WiFi (typically 300+ Mbps) and three amazing state-of-the-art workstations, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone, and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work by the pool!

-Fitness Center-
The private gym is fully available for use with a Peloton, treadmill, Ergatta rower, weight rack, table tennis and an infrared sauna. There is also a poolside yoga deck which is beautiful first thing in the morning.

-Living Space-
The living room has Sonos speakers and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. There is also an indoor fireplace and a telescope for stargazing.

-Outdoors-
The outdoor area is truly spectacular – it is fenced in and private with Joshua Tree views, a heated pool/hot tub (operational year-round), a fire pit, an outdoor shower, a dining table, and more.

-Bathrooms-
The home has three full ensuite bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own!
