Venue Setting

Our event space is located in our office at 2408 Kentucky Ave in Holladay. The main event space is 1000 square feet with its own entrance + a folding glass door and patio for both indoor and outdoor entertaining.

Rental Details:

  • Rentals include access to two bathrooms and a kitchen/prep area.

  • Chairs for up to 70 guests are included. Any table, linen, etc. rentals must be arranged by the renter through a 3rd party rental service. The space comfortably fits between 48-60 guests seated at tables.

  • The building has a free parking lot with 13 available spaces and limited street parking (additional parking can be arranged by contacting us directly).

  • Our space is available weekdays after 5pm and Friday-Sunday all day. If your desired rental period is outside of our standard hours, please let us know in your inquiry.

Extra Perks:
70 folding chairs are included in the space with a $60 set-up fee.
