For our couples that want to spend extra quality time with their closest friends and family... we love to help make their night last longer... by offering overnight lodging options for up to 28 people.  

The Bunkhouse/Lodge (sleeps 16-18) is the same rustic elegant style as the actual venue and is attached to the 'Biergarten'.  The bunkhouse is part of the rental package during your rental block.

The Tree House (sleeps 10+) is not really a "tree house", however it's definitely nestled up in the large oak trees that surround it.  It has a great porch that makes you feel like you are up in the trees when you're sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying a peaceful rock in the chairs while soaking in the gorgeous hill country that surrounds you. 

The Honeymoon Cottage (sleeps 2) is an adorable little cottage that is tucked away on the far side of the property so you can either escape for the night or go change into comfy clothes and head back down to the bunkhouse to spend some quality time with your friends and family!!

Vista West Ranch is located in the Texas Hill Country on 20 beautiful acres with beautiful views of rolling hills and hundreds of oak trees on-site.
Design:
Weathered wood + aged tin surround the structure and stained concrete floors + willow sphere lighting decorate the inside of our beautiful rustic barn nestled deep in the Texas Hill Country.
Extra perks:
15 round tables w/linens (ivory or khaki) & 150 fruit wood folding chairs, a lighting package that includes pin-spot lighting all of your tables, the cake table and buffet as well as grapevine balls and string lights on the ceiling and an amber wash on the waterfall outside, an in-house full service DJ & professional audio system for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception needs, Two bartenders, a double margarita machine, a commercial cooler, an ice machine and five keg taps, an on-site manager to help you along the way and a day-of coordinator to make sure your wedding day is a flawless beautiful occasion.
