This seven bedrooms estate (which includes two junior bedrooms) is set on 1.33 hectares (over 3 acres) of beachfront land, large swimming pool, vast lawn and coconut grove, home cinema, professional kitchen, 20 staff including personal Butler and Chef from 7am to 10pm, and entertaining capacity for hundreds of guests.

Semara Beach House is located on absolute beachfront at Pantai Berawa in the district of Canggu, just 2km north along the beach from the famous Potato Head Beach Club and 3km from the landmark restaurant and bar “Ku De Ta”.

There are five principal bedrooms and two junior suites, affording sleeping for as many as 27 people. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with ensuite bathroom. The floor and ceiling of the bedrooms are of unique polished ironwood, and each bedroom has at least one glass wall overlooking the ocean or gardens of the property.

The bathrooms have marble walls and floors, with large, high screened windows and plantation shutters to allow circulation and keep out insects. Most bathrooms have double vanity sinks, double showers, a large bathtub, and bidets.

Design:
Semara Beach House blends colonial charm with many traditional Balinese touches. The villa features local timber furniture of huge proportions and  traditional stone Balinese Buddha's.

Guests at Beach House receive complimentary membership to Canggu Club, Bali's premier sports and entertainment facility for the duration of their stay.
