Additional charges: To get married at Under Canvas we require a full buyout of camp, which means all 50 glamping tents and exclusive access to our propety. There is a venue fee for each night the camp is rented out and it varies based on date. We charge a camp fee for lodging. We do not having catering on site, you are welcome to bring in any that you would like, we do not have required vendors, but can assit you with preffered vendors. Small elopment style packages are available for weddings of 30 guests or less.

Accommodations: We have 50 safari inspired tents in several different style options. Our tents include a variety of king and twin beds. The Deluxe, Stargazer, and Suite tents come with an ensuite bathroom where our Safari tents utilize our communal bathhouse. If at full capacity sleeps around 150 guests. We have several great options for families attending your wedding as well.

Deluxe: The Deluxe tent boasts its own private ensuite bathroom inside your tent which includes a hot shower, sink and flushing toilet. A wood stove keeps the tent warm at night and a private deck allows you to enjoy the night stars.

Stargazer: The Stargazer is ideal for couples wishing to stargaze from inside their tent! With a built in window above the bed, it's the perfect for starviewing from the comfort of your luxe bed! Like the Deluxe, this tent has its own private ensuite bathroom which includes a hot shower, sink and flushing toilet. A wood stove keeps the tent warm at night and a private deck allows you to enjoy the outdoors.

Suite Tents: The Suite is ideal for couples or families. Enjoy your own private ensuite bathroom inside your tent which includes a shower, sink, and flushing toilet. A wood stove keeps the tent warm & a private deck allows you to enjoy the stars.

We also have some tent styles that have a hive tent beside it. This includes two twin beds for the older kids or a several friends traveling together.

Design:: Our property is meant to integrate with the natural landscape, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors but sleep in comfort! Our hand crafted bed frames, luxury mattresses, luxurious sheets, cowhide rugs, wood stove, and other special touches make you feel cozy and comfortable in your tents.
Standout venue features:: It's likely the majority of your wedding guests will have never been to a glamping wedding before! Invite your friends and family to spend time outside together with an incredible view. Camp is so green and lush that any colors will pop! Enjoy evening meetups at the firepits (which out staff will light and keep burning) with complimentary s'mores. Supplies will be ready for you to enjoy.

Our on-site cafe style restuarant, Embers serves breakfast and dinner daily! With a focus on fresh, local cuisine our food and beverage team takes great care in what we put on our tables! You won't find the typical camp food, but rather thoughtful, delicious, gourmet meals. Enjoy complimetary coffee and tea or upgrade to a specialty beverge from our Espresso menu. S'mores are available every night, complients of Under Canvas!

Enjoy beer, wine by the bottle from Embers to accompany your meal. Also, BYOB in your tents! Enjoy a drink on your private deck while you stargaze at night. With a buyout, Under Canvas can provide abr pacakge offereings or you must provide the alcohol.
