Venue Setting
For centuries, European sailors sought their fortunes by crossing oceans to exotic destinations that promised to bring them riches. "Ultramar" was the name given to that mythical place that existed on the other side of the New World.Chefs Germán Lucarelli and Nano Crespo also crossed the oceans in search of adventures, experiencing new cuisines and flavors. Their journeys eventually brought them to the southern coast of Maine where they combined the freshest local seafood with Mediterranean flavors and the beauty of authentic wood-fired cooking.
