Tu is the newest concept from Xiao Bao Biscuit’s Chef Joshua Walker, Duolan Li and partner/beverage director Joey Ryan. XBB was named one of the nation’s Top 50 Best New Restaurants in 2013, and chef Walker was named one of Zagat’s 10 Southern Chefs to Watch. Tucked away in a historic Charleston single, Tu offers dinner and drinks with an eclectic small menu influenced by a number of different cultures and traditions. Inspired by travel and the nostalgia of comfort foods, chef Walker has created a menu of international dishes that evoke memories of simpler times and familiar flavors. The menu is accompanied by a simple-yet-elegant cocktail portfolio.

Set in a historic, single-family home on Meeting Street, Tu blends old and new with interiors designed by Walker and his wife, Duolan. The original structure houses two dining rooms for reservations and private parties, while a new addition serves as the main dining room, bar and covered patio.
